What are my options when it comes to new roofing?

How do I know whether I need a roof repair or full roof replacement?
Your best bet is talking to professional roofers! They will be able to tell you if a roof repair will suffice or if you need full roof replacement. As a general rule of thumb, you most likely need a new roof if:
- Your roofing is old (some materials can last for 50 or more years, but some may need to be replaced after 25 or so)
- Your roof repairs have been getting more frequent and/or more expensive
- Damage is too extensive (this can happen in the event of a fire, snowstorm, tornado, etc.)
What are common roof problems?
There are many things that can go wrong when it comes to your roof, and many times it starts with proper maintenance! Keeping up with your roofing (and gutter) maintenance is a good way to increase the lifespan of your roof and keep it in top condition. After all, clogged gutters are some of the most common roof problems! A couple other common problems include roof vent damage and missing or damaged shingles.

What are seamless gutters?
Seamless gutters are continuous lengths that are measured and cut onsite for a perfect fit. They only require joining at corners and where the gutters meet the downspouts, and because of this, they are less likely to leak.
How can I tell if I need to repair or replace my gutters?
Do you have old, failing gutters? Repair or replace them because they're leaving your home more susceptible to water damage! There are a few telltale signs you need to repair, or maybe even replace, your gutters:
