What kind of roofing material is best for my home?

How do I know whether I need a roof repair or full roof replacement?

Your best bet is talking to professional roofers! They will be able to tell you if a roof repair will suffice or if you need full roof replacement. As a general rule of thumb, you most likely need a new roof if:

  • Your roofing is old (some materials can last for 50 or more years, but some may need to be replaced after 25 or so)
  • Your roof repairs have been getting more frequent and/or more expensive
  • Damage is too extensive (this can happen in the event of a fire, snowstorm, tornado, etc.)

Why is my siding falling off?

How do I know if I should repair or replace my windows?

What are seamless gutters?

Seamless gutters are continuous lengths that are measured and cut onsite for a perfect fit. They only require joining at corners and where the gutters meet the downspouts, and because of this, they are less likely to leak.

Should I repair or replace my gutters?
