No previous roofing or sales experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and the support needed to help you succeed from day one.

Role Overview

• Meet with homeowners in assigned territories to assess roofing, exterior, and restoration needs
• Educate customers on available solutions and guide them through the process from inspection to project completion
• Build lasting relationships by serving as a trusted point of contact throughout each project
• Deliver professional presentations and help homeowners make informed decisions for their property
• Manage a pipeline of prospects while tracking progress toward monthly goals
• Grow quickly through structured onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing training opportunities
