From my first contact with Shanco, the free estimate in September 2023, all communications were friendly and professional. We worked with salesman Dan Haske to learn about all of the options and possibilities as well as a timely estimate. We took a long time to finally determine exactly what we wanted and Dan was very patient and was responsive to all of questions and concerns. Chrissie Bartlett did a wonderful job getting the information we needed to help us make informed decisions. We finally agreed to sign the contract in early December 2023. Saundra Barnhard was very helpful supplying us with a list of the schedule and what expect through this process. Working with Antione Hawkins and his crew was a pleasure. His entire crew was very competent and easy to communicate with, especially when I had specific ways I wanted things done, they really wanted to satisfy us. Every step of the way, they let us know what to expect and quickly responded to all of our needs. Jonathan Andrews did a great job! He came out and fixed the leak a few weeks ago. He told me to check after the next hard rain to make sure the fix took and it did! He came out today to repair the damaged wood on my screened in porch! He did a great job and even perfectly match the stain!
Justin Vanegas came out to my property to inspect my roof and noticed some damage. We signed the contract and no less than a week later our roof started leaking. I immediately called him and he sent in an emergency repair to get us through till our shingles arrived. Johnathan came over the next morning to patch our roof till it was able to be replaced.
