i had the opportunity to post a review of shanco roofing.I must apologize for my first review titled customers beware.Ms.christy Bartlett,along with Mr.Nick Koval,kept to their word,and fixed what the United States postal service messed up completely due to holiday season mail delays.I was frustrated,however Ms.Christii Barlett did a top shelf job in cleaning the matter completely up.Once again if you are looking for an excellent roofing company,I highly recommend Shanco Roofing.If you are looking for the shingles color of Robin red,please stop by my house.It is the only architecture red roof in the area.,and it is stunning,up the value of my home tremendously,thanks to Shanco,Ms.christii Bartlett is as good as it gets.Top shelf Manager.execellent pricing.Mr.Siebert wrote this deal as my sale rep,and kept to his word.
Working with the Shanco team on the installation of my new roof was effortless. My Project Manager, Jonathan Andrews, made sure the work was flawlessly executed in a timely manner. My property was spotless following the installation. In addition to the roofing project, Johnathan was kind enough to repair portions of the soffit where the vent caps were missing. He also noticed some loose portions of the siding which he tucked back in place. If you are considering having your roof inspected or replaced, Shanco would be an excellent choice.

I recently noticed ceiling discoloration 2 years after Shanco installed our roof. Shortly after notifying them, Shanco sent Johnathan Andrews to inspect the roof. He quickly found the problem and corrected the issue in the same visit. Johnathan was an absolute professional, and a real pleasure to work with. Very satisfied with the entire Shanco warranty experience.
Very thorough preparation with Justin V. who handled the initial inspection, estimate and contract. Top notch. Materials delivered on time. No delay in starting work. Excellent crew. Jonathan A. was the supervisor and kept everything on track and ensured we were happy with the results. The follow-on gutter job went very too. All in all, a great experience done per our schedule and very competitive price.
Can’t say enough good things about this company. They first came out and inspected the roof, then filed all the paperwork with my insurance company leaving me to just sit back and really watch the process unfold. They helped pick out the shingles that would look best and the next thing I knew, the material was delivered and the new roof was on. Their roofers were fast and had the old roof off and the new roof on in a day. The next day was just capping it off and cleaning up. I watched them as they went across my lawn 4 or 5 times with their magnets to get all the nails. Really thorough job. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof.
Heads and shoulders above any contractor I've used in the past 40 years. True professionals who produce quality work without constant supervision. Willing to do whatever it takes to please the customer. Aggressively worked with my insurance company to approve necessary repairs. Johnathan Andrew (Project Manager) was constantly courteous, always responsive and hands on. He was the point man for a company who seem to employ no one but true professionals.
