GAF Shingle and Accessory Limited Warranty
This is the warranty you can get once you purchase roofing products from GAF. This warranty comes with:
Lifetime warranty.
Includes a 10-year protection period and 10-year coverage against algae growth.
Wind coverage up to a maximum of, not 130 mph, but 135 mph! And will also be covered for 15 years (as long as installed to the manufacturer's specification).
GAF Roofing Limited Warranty
In order to secure this warranty, you will need to have GAF shingles installed, along with three qualifying accessories. This warranty is provided:
A lifetime warranty
A 10-year protection period, along with a 10-year coverage against algae growth.
Also provides warranty coverage of 15-years with a “Windproven limited warranty”. Meaning it’s wind coverage without any wind speed limitations.
System Plus Limited Warranty
Similar to the GAF Roofing System Limited Warranty, this GAF warranty requires the installation of GAF shingles alongside a minimum of three eligible accessories. The installation must be carried out by either a GAF certified roofing services provider or a Master Elite Roofing Contractor. Under this warranty, you will benefit from:
Lifetime coverage that extends over a 50-year period, coupled with a 10-year algae warranty.
It incorporates a 15-year WINDPROVEN Limited Wind Warranty without any maximum speed restrictions, and it even encompasses provisions for shingle tear-offs, if deemed necessary.
Silver Pledge Warranty
In order to qualify for the GAF Silver Pledge Warranty, you must have your shingles installed by GAF and have a minimum of four qualifying accessory products. Like the System Plus Warranty, this installation process must be executed by a GAF Master Elite Roofing Contractor. This warranty package encompasses:
Lifetime coverage spanning a 50-year safeguard period,
10-year algae protection.
Notably, it boasts a 15-year wind warranty term for GAF shingles without imposing any maximum wind restrictions.
Furthermore, it extends coverage to shingle tear-off and disposal when necessary. An added advantage of this warranty is its inclusive workmanship coverage, extending for up to a decade.
Gold Pledge Limited Warranty
Talk about a golden opportunity! To qualify for the Golden Pledge Limited Warranty, you must have your shingles purchased and installed by a GAF Master Elite Roofing Contractor. Within the framework of this warranty, you will gain access to:
A Lifetime guarantee spanning a substantial 50-year smart choice protection period, coupled with a 10-year algae coverage.
Additionally, it encompasses a comprehensive 15-year wind warranty, featuring a WINDPROVEN Limited Wind Warranty, all without imposing any limitations on maximum wind speeds.
Similar to the Silver Pledge Limited Warranty, it covers tear-offs and disposals as necessary. Moreover, this comprehensive package includes a robust workmanship assurance, extending up to an impressive 25 years.
